Troy, NY— Paper Battery Company has been nominated for the Global Cleantech Cluster Association 2012 Best in Energy Storage Later Stage Award. The awards recognize innovative mid to later stage cleantech companies around the world who actively support the business clusters and incubators in their regions. Paper Battery Company was nominated for the 2012 Later Stage Awardsby GCCA Member Cluster, NY Clean Tech Center at the Tech Garden, Syracuse NY, for a successful track record of technology transformation. Winning companies will be announced at the Savannah International Clean Energy Conference on November 13, 2012 in Savannah, Georgia.

Combined, the GCCA judges have invested over $3.5 billion in clean technology.
